Meet The Team

Kelly Tain
Founder/Chief Executive Officer

Kelly Tain has been a political consultant for over 10 years. She began her career in North Carolina, where she played an instrumental part in turning the North Carolina state legislature red for the first time since reconstruction. Since then, Kelly has worked in over 14 states plus the District of Columbia on campaigns. The campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels. One of Kelly’s passions is getting good Republican candidates that have a clear vision tied to our Republican values elected to public office. 

 

Kelly founded the Dolley Madison Project to help republican women get elected to political office. Through the Dolley Madison Project, Kelly wants to create opportunities for Republican women to be confident, effective leaders in the political arena.

Sarah Reidy-Jones 

Fundraiser 

Sarah Reidy-Jones brings nearly 30 years of institutional knowledge within conservative politics, including grassroots organization, spokesperson expertise, event assistance, fundraising and membership growth. She founded the Jones Strategy Group in 2025 to bring the best of conservative vendors together to achieve success for conservative candidates and causes.

Her public service ranges from City Hall to the Governor’s Office to the White House. She previously consulted on local, statewide and federal races, specializing in media and crisis communications, including as a senior staffer for a presidential campaign and a gubernatorial campaign manager in both Kentucky and North Carolina.


Sarah served on the Ninth, Twelfth and Fourteenth Congressional district executive committees as well as served 8 years on the North Carolina Republican Party’s Executive Committee. She has been a two-time delegate and one-time alternate delegate to the Republican National Convention and a delegate to the national conventions of the College Republicans, Young Republicans and National Federation of Republican Women.


She holds a degree in political science from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She and her husband Chris are proud foster parents and active advocates for foster care reform, including the recent adoption of their son, Ethan. She is excited to parlay her varied experiences and stellar ethical reputation to expanding the Jones Strategy Group team.

Lizzie Schenck

Summer Intern

Lizzie Schenck is a rising senior at the George Washington University planning to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Marketing! She has a passion for non-profit work and campaigning, and grew up as a member and officer of one of the largest youth non-profits in the country. Lizzie has experience in constituent work, recruitment, and campaigning. She also serves as the Vice President of Recruitment and Membership for her sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta.
